The Chef will be happy to personally prepare your favorite style egg breakfast with your choice of ingredients.Lunch The noon buffet offers a large selection of salads, meats, vegetables and international dishes to choose from. At the pasta corner you can order your favorite pasta with your favorite sauce cooked a la minute. Our chefs can also prepare delicious quarter pound hamburgers, fish, chicken or meats cooked to your taste. There is also a sandwich bar and wonderful array of delectable desserts.Dinner We have 14 different international buffets where you can enjoy a gastronomical journey through France, Spain, Italy, Mexico, and not forgetting the exotic food of the Dominican Republic. Located directly at the Lifestyle Hacienda Resorts private beach and facing beautiful Cofresi beach.During daytime, starting at noon, the "Blue Lagoon" opens for light lunches and snacks. Fresh salads, satisfying burgers, sandwiches and even a delicious chicken or the catch of the day from the grill are available until 6:00pm.In the evening, the "Blue Lagoon" is the perfect place for a truly caribbean flair. A varied menu, based on seafood, offers fresh fish and seafood prepared with a touch of Cajun flavor and fruits of the Caribbean. 
SEPTEMBER 2009 UPDATE: The Menu has changed significantly for several reasons. The main one being that our Executive Chef Manny Slomovits wanted to put his signature and style of cuisine in this restaurant. This means a new menu with exciting and new flavors and ingredients. So, as far as changes go, he changed everything! From top to bottom. He believes that when changing a menu you have to offer a new flavor or a new experience to the guest, shake things up and bring out the best the Island has to offer. As a result, the comments and response has been great and our guests are raving! People are loving the food and the service to match. When Chef Manny walks through the restaurant to check up on the Members to see how they are enjoying their meal, it´s all smiles and great feedback. They say, "WOW!!!! Manny, what an awesome menu! We really enjoyed the food!" It lets him know that LHVC is moving in the right direction and that the cooks are doing a great job! We have seen that both Guest & Members can't wait to make another reservation and dive right back into that new menu to take another big bite.
